Application
This is a Weather Proof Type of High Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine for Power Plant Maintenance. ZYD-50 Model is 3000 liters/hour capacity, which is mainly used for electric power departments and industries to deal with various oils such as transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, insulating oil, dielectric oil and so on. The machine is especially for purifying the insulation oil in all kinds of large power equipment that are above 110KV, especially for the altitudes is over 500-1000 meters. It can remove the free and dissolved water, gas, and particles from oil highly efficiently, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, and making sure the electric device runs safely. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 75~85KV. It is very suitable for large electric & insulation equipment.

1. Double-stage vacuum system, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa.
2. Big capacity of moisture and gas separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength of oil improving greatly.
3. Duplex-stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, and degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, and gas from oil.
4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies, which can purify oil highly efficiently and make oil highly pure.
5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system, and foaming elimination system to ensure the machine operates easily and safely.
7. Adopt an interlocked protective system, which connects the oil pump, heater, and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leaks, and electricity leaks. If there is any fault, the machine will be powered off automatically.
8. It can be operated both online and offline by transformers.
9. Can be used independent device for vacuuming transformers that are above 110KV and can vacuum oil filling for power equipment.
10. Can work online for 150 hours continuously, highly reliable and long time running.
11. Can be installed by PLC programming control system to achieve machine working fully automatically.
